Justine Smith is a freelance film critic and festival programmer based in Montreal, Quebec.

She attended Concordia University and majored in film studies. She is also the Vice-President of the Quebec Critic's Association (AQCC). She has contributed to publications Little White Lies, Hyperallergic, Cult MTL, and Roger Ebert, and has been a programmer for Fantasia International Film Festival.
