Teddy Blanks
Teddy Blanks is a co-founder of the Brooklyn-based graphic design studio CHIPS, where he creates book covers, movie posters, and title sequences for film and TV. He has designed titles for Still Alice, Love & Mercy, Love & Friendship, Listen Up Philip, HBO's Togetherness, and Amazon's Mozart in the Jungle, among others.
Blanks makes music videos, commercials and short films with his co-director Alex Karpovsky. He is also a singer and songwriter, and composed the film score for Lena Dunham's Tiny Furniture.
In 2022, he won the Emmy Award for Outstanding Main Title Design for his work with director and 3D artist Oliver Latta on the opening titles to TV series Severance.
